This website is operated by Vail Valley Elite Services, LLC and provides information about real estate, vacation rentals, and concierge services in the Vail Valley. These terms apply to use of the website. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Inquiries and service agreements

Website descriptions and inquiry forms are informational. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a reservation, purchase, service arrangement, price, or availability. The website currently does not process bookings or payments.

Any real estate transaction, rental, or concierge arrangement is subject to the applicable agreement and required disclosures. A website inquiry alone does not create a brokerage, agency, or other professional relationship. Relevant representation and service terms must be established separately.

Information and availability

We work to keep website information useful and current, but property availability, market information, event schedules, prices, and third-party offerings can change. Confirm material details with us or the appropriate provider before making arrangements. Market commentary is general information and is not individualized legal, tax, or financial advice.

Appropriate use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit malicious material, misuse inquiry forms, or misrepresent your identity or authority. Provide accurate information needed for your request.
